You can find desired Products and Point of Sales Equipment by doing any of the following;

• Use the Search Bar to find desired products across various categories
• Use the Shop link on the main menu to access the store and view products.

How do I track my order?
Delivery related messages will be sent to you via email. Once your order is on transit, you can use the order tracking id to track its status. The order tracking link would also be sent to you.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order by mailing us or contacting Customer Support stating your order id and requesting cancellation.

Do I need an account to shop on www.retailpos.com.ng?
No you don’t need to have an existing account to shop with us. Simply fill in your details when requested to.

What payment methods are available?
We provide Online Payment, Pay on Delivery or Payment via Bank Transfer  Direct Deposit. Available options will be displayed on checkout.

I prefer to pay on delivery, do you provide such services?
Yes, we provide Pay on Delivery service. For large orders you may be required to make a deposit before we ship.

What is your standard shipping price or do you charge based on location?
We charge based on location and weight of item as low as N500.

Are there hidden charges attached to any order?
There are no hidden costs or charges when you order on www.retailpos.com.ng. All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process. If for any reason you are charged extra you will be duly invoiced.

What delivery options are available?
We offer Self-Pick service, pickup from our Partner locations, Express Delivery and we also deliver to your doorstep.

Can i Track My Order?

Yes you can. If you choose our Standard Shipping option at check out we will send you an email with a link to track your order.

Will my items be delivered to my address?
Yes, but in cases where our logistics company cannot get to you, you will be required to pick up at an alternative drop-off location.

What assurance would you provide for item safety?
We provide a 100% assurance for item safety and will take full responsibility in case of any damage before delivery. We also have shipping insurance cover for fragile items delivery, to enjoy this select this option at check out.

Can someone collect my package on my behalf?
Yes but subject to verification by you.

Do I need to show any document when collecting my package?
Yes. Please show your ID to the delivery associate or at pick up station.

Do you accept returns and refunds?
Yes we do accept returns within 7 days of delivery subject to our Return Policy.

What are your modalities for returns?
Eligible RETURNS can be made not later than 7 days after delivery if;

PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED
PRODUCT IS DAMAGED
PRODUCT MALFUNCTIONS

Our Customer Support Desk will try to resolve issues with customers at no extra cost. This includes and is not limited to installation and troubleshooting assistance on-site and offsite.

If issue resolution fails, Product will be replaced and resent to customer at no extra cost.

However if Product is not the intended product for use, we can exchange for the right product. Delivery fees applies to customer.

If product is not available a COMPLETE REFUND will be made.

For order cancellations after payment and delivery, customer gets a PARTIAL REFUND. Customer bears 10% processing fee and cost of delivery.

All REFUNDS are made within 2 working days of Return Item Inspection

Will I be refunded my money when I make returns?
Yes for valid returns.

How long before my money gets back to me?
Within 2 working days after return package inspection
